Strategy

Marketing requires planning and commitment. In most cases, marketing is required for business growth.

A marketing plan is essential to help you stay focused as you build your business. However, you can’t just have a plan.  You must execute your plan. Adding deadlines to your calendar and blocking off time to work on your marketing tasks will help you actually get things done.

The benefits of a marketing plan:

  • Communication of goals
  • Path to success
  • Specific, agreed upon expectations

A strategic marketing plan doesn’t have to be 100 pages.  It can be one page, whatever is appropriate for your business. It should be fairly aggressive to keep momentum going, but most importantly it should be doable. The goal of a marketing plan is to keep you focused, not overwhelm you.

Whether you’re a start up or someone who’s been in business for awhile, it’s never too late to develop and execute a marketing plan. If you need help developing or executing your marketing plan let’s talk.
